At Rivfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

You may return most items within 60 days from the date of delivery. (As advertised on the website.) Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, packaging and hygiene stickers intact.

- Return Process

- Once approved, package the item securely. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item to the address provided by us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent) or a defective product.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its status.
